Yep, some people suck like that.
Some things though you really do need to make 100% clear before sending money. Things like returns. I have bought several guns with a 3 day test period, so that’s not too abnormal. What is though is the fact that you told him the day after you got it you’d return it.
Whatever happens, count it a lesson learned.

My opinion. 13 days is more than enough time to evaluate a shroud. I’d say you should be fortunate he agreed to let you test it at all. He should have been direct with you with the terms of the deal. Who is right and wrong, nobody really knows but you and he.
