C-razy N-aked C-hickens…SS Insert
Those ‘lil cluckers do exactly what I tell ’em everytime! This is my max efficiency state of the fart insert design. Hole is .265 and concentric w/in .002 over 4.25″. It’s pretty effective and almost as quiet as the 7″ external shroud I have (don’t know the maker on that one).

Thanks guys. Synopsys, accuracy seems improved over the external shroud and no change from stock. It did take a while to get it visualized in my head- I drew it 2D the way it’s cut. It still makes some noise so I drilled one 1/8 hole in front of the rear unvented bushing with no effect on sound.
