The lines of communication must have been crossed somehow. Tony has always emailed me back within 24 hours – even before I became an official customer. But, yes, if he’s in Russia assembling guns, expecting a reply within an hour may be an unreasonable expectation.
SO, Tony, you could save yourself a lot of trouble by giving us a quick note when you are going to be running back to the homeland for a while. 😎
Now, as Homer Simpson has said – give us more information about these photos!!!

Well, guys, you have to consider that Tony is not 24 hours a day sitting next to a computer, monitoring mails, he has his own life as all of us. I do not understand such a hurry to get the reply, I do not always reply quickly just because I can be out of Intenet or any modern ways of communications, like here:
I check them all, can’t afford missing a customer!
Sometimes emails go to the junk mail folder.

Tony has been very good to deal with. I am sure that he is Not ignoring you. Just know up front that The Edgun’s have made a significant impact in the PCP market. Just like the Center fire guns you are use to. Great New stuff is in short supply.
As an example… Just last week(may be10 days ago) I contacted Tony Via E-mail. As I had done with my previous purchase. I was interested in the NEW .22 Layla. By luck he had one in stock. Sent him a check… and 5 days later via UPS ground my Newest PCP arrived as promised!
For me, after experiencing the quality and performance of this product, they are worth the wait. Please have patience
He’s just had a kid and been scammed out of $1400.
Try calling his number – be polite – he’s just one guy making a living. I’ve found him to be very helpful and responsive… just last week.
