Q:

Can’t stay away!

I’ve been on the quest for the ultimate airguns that best fit my needs on our dairy. I’ve tried many numerous guns low end to high end. I’ve narrowed it down to 2. My WARP COBRA in .30 which I also have a .22 barrel for it. Awesome carbine and extremely accurate. It’s so good in .30 that I don’t know if I’ll switch it to .22 very often. I wanted a dedicated .22. I tried many brands from Daystate, BSA and AA for good .22s but where did I end up. I’m back here with a Taipan Veteran Standard in .22. For the money you can’t find a better gun. I love these guns! Gotta pick it up today from the Post office!

I wish theyd go forward cocking… my only gripe.
I say that tentatively as I don’t own nor have I shot one but my .25 Vulcan sold me on the ergonomics. If they go forward I’ll have to get one lol.

Had a .25 Standard actually and .22 Shorty. Loved both but got out of .25s as I prefer .30 so sold the .25 and the Shorty was awesome but alittle too compact for my like and got a trade offer I couldn’t pass up. But love the Veterans so got the one I should have from the start a Standard .22.

Thanks Bill! Yeah no other guns really stand up to the Taipans at least for my needs. Once I get some money for Christmas I’ll be in touch for some mag holders :8:

And lol nope I’m sticking with one wife! I’d rather be single the rest of my life than get remarried after a divorce. It’s odd Airguns are the only thing I’ve ever really changed. I hate change but for some reason like changing and tryin Airguns lol until now I’m settled on the best for me

I hope your marriage trends do not mimic your airgun buying/selling habits or you will have lost your ass many times over…”she even took my dog”. :4: :8:

I was truly hoping you’d be back!!!!! Welcome back HOME! :tag:

I thought you had one already?
