I had a guy from Hong Kong offer to buy a high end air gun from me recently. I asked him about the legality and he was straight up that it was illegal, that’s why “I should send it broken down in at least two different shipments.” He also offered me substantially more than what I was asking. Needless to say, I passed. I may be able to find his email if and PM you the correspondence if you like.

You need to wrap the gun very well in plastic wrap and find a Citizen of Hong Kong who is returning home and then buy a large quanity KY Jelly so it will not hurt too much when you put it in the “packing box”.
Make sure they have a ticket for the Keester section where they can stand most of the filght. 😆
Actually I would have the person your selling it to give you the information on the legal way to ship to Hong Kong, if they give you incorret info and their customs hold on to the gun I would think the turd would be in their pocket.
