Q:

cant decide which gun

i cant decide which air rifle i would like to get. no i cant just get them all.
im torn between an airforce condor, would have to get a shroud for it. a maurader, or a evanix blizard s10. ill be using it mostly for hunting, maybe a bit of target shooting. i still want good power and shot count. i know after getting the gun i still need a way to fill it, looking at a scuba tank, and will need a scope. i think those are they easier part. but i cant trully decide which gun to get. and as far as i know theres no local stores that sell these so i cant go check them out to see if id lke it or not.

thanks for the info.

well the shots i take at squirrels are about 40 to 70 yards and i would say after 40 shots off about 2800 fill because i have a suba tank that i fill off of and i share it with a nother shooter so i never get a 3000 fill it starts to drop a little likr 1/2 mil dot, but 20 to 30 yards still dead on to 60 shots.

As far as the sound if i was in the back yard you would not hear me in the house but out in the wild/open you can hear me up to 40 yards but scratching your head on what you just though you heard lol you know? but all in all the shot you cant hear but you hear the twang/ping of the air tube (PCP) on the gun i hope that helps you let me know if you have any other questions i could write all day about my gun i love it lol

appreciate you time. how many shots are you getting out of a fill, before poi starts to change? i had heard about the problem with the slip and the pellets but no one ever said what pellets they were haveing a problem with, appreciate that. what would you conmpare the sound level too?

well i can tell you about the blizzard S-10 and the talon ss but thats all for hands on. As for the baffles there are 3 long tubes and like 6 little caps in there what I had to do was take the 3 long tubes and make the holes in them the same size as the holes in the 6 caps because the pellet was clipping the tubs and making my grouping go hay wire the sound is the same as before and just works 1000 times better. As for the bar gage I guess they are having some problems with them working but they sent me a new one and I did the install and now works great. Just to let you know the gun is heavy!!!!

I would change the clip a little the only problem I was having was the pellets would fall back and when the clip Rotates the pellet skirts might hit the main block that the clip sits in it really only happened when I was using the predator polymag pellets so when you cock the gun make sure the pellets are in place as for the JSB Diabolo Exact Jumbo Heavy 18.1 Grains they did not slip at all but both were shooting great dead on target at 20 to 50 yards even at a 100 yards held two mill dots high and still getting out there with in 3in but that could have been me moving around

Well lets see the stock is the best i have ever seen on an air rifle! This Gun is very quiet!!!! great rich blueing I was amazed on the speed out of the .22 with the JSB Diabolo Exact Jumbo Heavy 18.1 Grains, Domed, im getting around 950-1050fps like 36 to 44 ft/pounds even the Beeman Kodiak Extra Heavy .22 Cal, 21.10 Grains the shoot same as the rest they fly at 900 – 850 they push 42- 29 ft lbs As for Accuracy well lets just say its was sighted in at 20 yards, 30 yards shoots are a little high but at 40-50-60 yards cross hairs dead on making head shots to squirrels all day long cant beat that. The cocking of the gun never jams it’s all steal nice and heavy duty the Trigger is great take up the slack with the first stage then a nice clean second stage break im guessing maybe 2 pound pull that means you will “not” tweak the gun trying to get a heavy trigger back over all a great gun if you have the money to spend you wont regret it but to sum it up very quiet but long and like 10 lbs as for the scope i use the AirForce 4-16x50AO Rifle Scope, Mil-Dot Reticle, 1/4 MOA, 1″ Tube i would not change that for the world but find the shade it will help out
