Cheap and Effective Camo
$6 roll of sports wrap tape (Urban Digital Camoflage) from Dick’s Sporting Goods and 20 minutes of wrapping, cutting, trimming. Pretty effective at breaking up the outline. The tape does not leave any sticky residue but I’d recommend hitting the end of the last wrap with a little rubber cement.
Much cheaper than dipping.

Order placed and payment cleared yesterday for the FX Royale 500.. Ordered 3 with 2 other colleagues and I imagine that if they aren’t in stock it will take some time to get them in and go over them before shipping out. I can’t wait.
Very tight, neat job. The rubber cement ends sounds like a good idea, too.
I made the mistake of leaving some cloth realtree tape on a gun for about three years…not good. The adhesive had hardened, leaving a tough residue when the tape was pulled off. Took about two hours of careful rubbing and goo-gone to get it off. Probably why the instructions said to remove it after hunting season or one year.
Hey Brian, that Royale show up yet? Might take a bit longer, since they’ll likely work on/check out the regulator before shipping.
If it’s not there yet, at least the weekend will seem longer!

Personally i like the digital cloth type. Wooks good the birds u to see the gun and fly away then I was like no way so I would walk out with no gun and they would stay then grab. The gun and they would hall ass put that wrap on and they would fly no more.
