chrono results are in!!!
and man am i impressed…not just with my gun, a semi custom ss with 18 inch barrels (.177 and .22). 😯 but my chrono as well!!! 😆
so i take my brand new chrono out to the garage along with a box of eun lin .177 16 grainers, and some rws hp’s.
of course my dumb ass hits the chrony 😥 😕 FIRST SHOT!!! almost hit (barely missed) the #2 sensor :4 … but no problemo…she still works fine!! whew!!! 😆 🙄 blew a fat hole in the case tho. 🙄 oops!!!
so as for the results….i shot about 15 shots with the 16 grainers….avg. 915 fps!!! 
refil then…
rws hp’s… avg. 1225 fps…. :8 :7 :8 :8
quite impressive indeed!!! :16 :17

Hell, everybody shoots their chrony, don’t they?? I’ve got mine twice!! Both early on when I wasn’t familiar with the chrony and how far back to hold gun, etc…Joe, I’m thinking you may have had your muzzle too close to 1 st sensor when ya got that 1200+ fps reading..I got a 2600fps out of mine one time, but I was holding muzzle waay too close to sensor.. I finally broke down and read the manual that came with it and guess what??..no more wacko readings and no more shooting my chrony, imagine that 😳 😳 😳
yeah…i only shoot the light stuff in my yard…when i go out i switch to something like a cph or kodiak match.

actully ive been shooting the rws hp’s with great accuracy…at least out to 10-12 yds….. :1
Lol, try shooting them that fast at a sensible distance. You’ll find the group opens up big time….

You may find that your accuracy isn’t all that great above 1050 fps… 😉 I haven’t shot my Chrony…. Yet. 😆 I don’t aim thorough my scope when velocity testing… It’s just too risky… 😯
