returned the Chrony. Now I’ll try and buy another one that works LOL

DEF think the chrony doesn’t work. Flipped to mps and was under 70. Time to go get my money back.

Converting mps to fps it does come out to right around 850 fps. That’s prob about right with the least restricted insert in. Without insert in the qcth what kind of speed do people get? Also do most go with no insert? Maybe I would do that if I get a .25 barrel.

Yeah thats weird and not right.

Yes. I had it in fps. Tomorrow maybe I’ll flip it on mps and see what it says. Maybe it’s backwords of what it says?

Is there a way to toggle between feet per second and meters per second? Those readings look like meters, not feet.

Shot from 3000-2200. I think this Caldwell is crazy off. Thinking I’ll return it and buy a different model. Also anything you see wrong with the setup that may improve the reading?

Thinking this Caldwell may be a off???? I’ve got kills at 130 yards with this gun. This was from roughly 2800 to 2200 psi. Condor qcth with the largest insert. Set at 4.8 on the pw.

Ya it’s plastic and would be destroyed lol.. do t plan on it though.

Don’t shoot it!!!

Grabbed one today at a local store. It’s a Caldwell.

Ok thanks guys. Going to pick one up asap!

I have been using the f-1 for several years with no issues. It is a great base model chrony. Been hit several times but no errors with function.

I’m not sure i would buy it off ebay, but yes, that’s the one. You will likely also want either the Bluetooth adapter or the wired remote.
