CO2 vrs. Condor Valve?
Outwardly, the valve on my CO2 tank looks like the one on my normal Talon tank. Or to be more exact, like the one on a friend’s Condor tank (has a large hole). Is it the same? Can I take it off the CO2 adapter and screw it onto a HPA tank and have a Condor tank?
Is there an issue with the blow out disk, it’s a factory only item, right?
TIA
Doug Owen

I have a friend with the tool to pull them, maybe I should just ask him to do so.
I’d still like to be sure they don’t fit a 1800 psi burst disk or something else that will make gassing up with HPA more fun….

I’ll pull a “disk” on my co2 adapter to make sure, but as I remember they are 4200psi, same as the hpa tanks. Will post again with an exact answer. Co2 tanks have their own burst disk so they have no reason to use a lower one. I got mine right after the New condor design came out and within 6mo of the co2 adapter being introduced, so I figure they probably brought out the co2 just to have a way to utilize the now defunct Old condor valve.
Will Update with burst disk psi shortly.
Well, both my co2 adapters have a 2-piece burst disk (hpa tanks are 1 piece and have pressure stamped/printed on the inside) and the inner part won’t come out easily, so I don’t have a finding on the pressure for the burst disk.
