Q:

Cocking question

My Condor .25 caliber, 12″ barrel is harder to cock than my 24″ barrel. Is this normal? Is there a fix for this issue (if it’s an issue)?

is it a custom turned barrel? some machinists intentionally leave a few xtra thou in order to avoid the breech section of the barrel collapsing, and it may be tight on the stock breech…

Could be the OD at the breech area is slightly bigger.
