just got an email from Robin and he verifies that chombro was shipped as stated . bad weather, holidays, Royal Mail postal workers work slow down( dispute over pension funding) may have delayed the process. hopefully so. maybe tomorrow???
Do you think all the rain and mudslides have slowed the mail service to your area?
If not you personally, how about the post office’s it has to go through? My bet is still tomorrow if the mud didn’t slow it down.

Robin is well known for his poor email response time. Sometimes you get lucky and get a prompt reply, mostly you don’t. Though he is a great guy, very helpful and very much stands behind his (or his father’s I think?) product. Many examples here of him posting out parts for free, or repairing for free/a song. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he sends you another free of charge if your one has gone missing.
Keep knocking politely at his PC door and I’m sure it will be resolved.
Bad luck, it surely sucks waiting on something. Much worse if you get to the point of not even being sure if its gonna arrive… 😥

Sam’ it’s incredibly rare for something to go missing. I have sent tons of stuff and recieved tons of stuff from the States, never ever had anything go astray. DH has been extremely unlucky, maybe its been held up in customs? BAR exports to you guys if you can’t get them there. mine shipped on the same day as yours and yours arrived on 22 Dec. somehow i don’t think it would take 6 plus days to get past Indiana to the west coast- and that assumes that all airmail from England flies to the east coast and is trucked westward from there( which i seriously doubt). no response today to my email query. hopefully it will arrive tomorrow but i am beginning to fear for the worst. wouldn’t be the first time the Post Office lost a package!

Mine shipped Friday the 10th, arrived in Indiana on the 22nd
How long does shipping take from Midwest to California? You would need to add that to shipping time plus the day off for Christmas. If it shipped the same day as mine, I bet it will show up the 29th or 30th. I think the airmail just gets it to the East coast, then ground transport from there.
I opened the box and turned it on, dropped a pellet through it, I think it was 2.2 fps. I had to put my mother in the hospital on the 19th so thats all I have time for.

Two weeks to receive a trigger off wok and that was before the snow over here. Basicaly the post system breaks here with snow which is disgusting for the cost of it.i ordered one wednesday and got email confermation that it was shipped last night at 9ish so he does work silly hours compared to 9-5 companys.
Hope it works out for those that are waiting.
