Complete Valve
How many people would be interested in one of my complete valves? Valve would make 150+ fpe. I’m looking into having the pieces made on a CNC. Body would be 1144 and rest would be stainless. It just takes me to long to make a complete valve and need the time for other machining. Valves would be around $250 shipped

dam finally going to sell them LO.L ill tell all right now u want power this it the valve. the fact he’s finally decided to sell them shocked the hell out of me. and he’s not joking when he said he’s put 2000 shots threw it. I’d say more then that. and i love my 308 valve I think its the same specs or dam close. but the body on mine is longer . and boy the damage to a critter at 150 ish yard its just funny when that 171 grain connects even the 118 will make u say Holly shit. ( 28 inch 308 condor)
Yes I’m going to make them. I just haven’t had time to get down to the machine shop to see what they say to make the pieces.
I will make a few on my machine when I have time. Just takes around 3-4 hours to make all the pieces.
I will have something before end of the year.
Are you definetely going to make these or is it still a maybe ? If so do you think they will be available by the end of the year?
It will work with a TTTA but not sure how much air one will flow. I have not seen one yet. The worst would be it might not make as much power as the valve could in a straight setup.
It is a complete valve with one piece stem. I will post pic’s on this thread later.
Right now I’m 60′ up in the air in a condor basket over a pond under a crane with a camera mounted to the bottom pointed straight down with limited phone service.
Valve should last a long time. I have 2000+ shots through my .308 valve and the seal looks like new. The only part that would wear out would be the stem seal and the 2 o rings. I use 90d ureathane o rings so they should last a while.
To make high power you will need a 95 -105 gr hammer and a heavier hammer spring. I have been shooting at 140+ fpe for a while with no problems. I have used helium and made 233 fpe with just a modded factory condor valve. I could probably make 260 fpe with one of my modded valves or a complete valve.
I may be interested in one of these valves. Being a newbie to the Condor scene, I have some questions. Hopefully, there won’t be too many stupid questions. I wish I had a book called Air Force valves and mods for Dummies…
To achieve the 150 fpe, is there a minimum requirement for the remainder of the Condor rifle (i.e barrel length, hammer weight, standard tophat vs 1 piece tophat, stock vs upgraded hammer spring, etc). Or are the recommended upgrades so the certain parts of the rifle will be able to withstand the added forces?
Will the modded valve work with the angled tank adapter (TTTA)?
Can a 1 piece tophat be used?
What fps is the best or most accurate for the SureFire slugs? How accurate are the slugs at those speeds which achieve 150 fpe?
What is the expected lifespan of the modded valve?
When ordering a valve, do I send you the tank with the TTTA?
I still haven’t made it to the shop to see how much it’s going to cost to have them made.
I might be a able to go there tomorrow
When are you planning to do them? Can we reserve them. Do you require a deposit or payment up front ? Thanks. 😀
I’d be down for one of your valves.

Most people know what my valves are.

There’s a whole thread on me building them
Pics pics pics , You can not offer something without showing the product!!!
Ah sorry I have just not had a chance to get on the forum for a few months. But defiantly I would like a few then please.
What do you mean end results? I use the same valve in my .25 and .308. .308 just has a larger stem and stem retainer.
Have no problems to date.
I would be very interested in a few depending on what the end results are like

With an 18″ barrel in .25 and the 95gms hammer and heavier spring what FPE can be expected from the valve ?
