Q:

condor, 300 to 200 bar, regulated, I need a valve

Hello everybody:
I´m thinking in a project of a regulated condor, but to hunt with the barnes slugs in a .25 caliber.
The idea is simple.
a 4500 psi tank, 800ml of capacity (I have)
a 300-200 bar regulator. (I don´t have)
a modified condor valve. (I have)
an objective to be hunted. (I have)
Some friends to eat and drink. (I have)
I have bump into a problem and I don´t know paintballs regulators of 300 to200 bar. The usual regulators are seted to 300-120 bar or 300-750 bar (nice to FT, but not to a 70 grain slug)
Any ideas, websites of regulators, diving centers or diving stuffs that could help to reduce the pressure from 300 to 200 bar?
Thanks in advance.
gustavo.

Hi Gus…
I have sent you a PM at the “.com.ar”, with a link that could give you an idea…. 😉

See You

You might contact the guys at airhog, They were working on a 4500psi down to 2200 psi . Vince said something to me once about a 4500 to 3000 reg for some serious power for slugs .

Those regulators look very nice but the input pressures are all listed at 3000psi. Can they be adjusted to handle 4500psi on the input?

The other question I have is; do these or any other reg have enough volume on the output to drive a big heavy slug?

I really don’t know so if anyone is wondering…I’m not picking at any scabs! I’m just curious about performance with the heavy slugs as my boy makes them and I get a lot of requests for advice about set-ups and such. I hate to say “I don’t know” but I won’t give advice that isn’t at least based on fact!

I’ve seen a number of guns (like Knife’s) do very well shooting tiny groups with nothing but a well balanced hammer and valve. I’ve yet to see anyone post results using a regulator and shooting the big heavy slugs.

Thanks my friend. Next wenesday I´ll use your superb barrel and valve.
