Condor – Airgun vs Artillery piece (after modding)
I have a question. When does the Condor change from an airgun to an artillery piece (considering how it has to be held and fired) ?
So, more or less, the best I can do with a standard hammer is ~30 gr at ~70 fpe.
By just dropping in a 95 gr hammer I can push up to ~42 gr at ~80 fpe.
My biggest concern is that dropping in a 95 gr hammer is going to cause the airgun to change to an artillery piece regarding proper firing technique ?
I don’t want to have to be so hold particular like I was with my magnum springer (gas ram) airgun.

i can say from experience, hang on, it will definitely bounce around more with a heavier hammer. your hold will be more like shooting a .22 mag. if you’re using a bipod, you have to pull down a little bit on the foregrip, and hold it a little tighter to your shoulder.
