Condor and top hat

So can i kill fps by adjusting the top hat down,trying to read and learn , starting with 3000 psi,around 15 shots she is getting up to 1100 fps ,pretty consistant for about 10 shots around 1032,

Power wheel on 1,i did fill tank at 20 shots and it was at 2100 psi.

I’m trying to tune for 15 grain pellets,RWS super domes not very consistant, RWS Meist. Match is pretty good, this is at 25 yards.
