Condor owners 12" or 24" barrels what is your pref
Well I enjoy the range of my 24 .22/.25 Condor but the 12″ barrel setup just seems so much nicer to handle, shorter and way lighter, which do you prefer and why??

Hey Mike, hope you have some .25 ammo stored up or “roll your own” as they say.
Use the 12″ all the time and 24″ sits there. Need to sell it. 24″ was overkill for me most all the time and don’t like the extra weight. If you are into mods you can get a whole lot of fpe out of the 12″ though you do waste some air.
If I need to blast something will get out the 00 buck 12 gauge,, or something like that. 😯 😆
18″ in .22 now. Have a 21″ .25 ordered.

Some day I will try a 12″ in .22
I guess my thoughts are on the same lines as yours, nice lightwieght, enough power there to do the job, better in tight spaces, but even after all that I’m hooked on my .25, 24in. on co2, I’m getting around 25fpe, but I do have quite a time of shooting off hand, but can get er done.
I shoot 24″ and mostly offhand with no issues. would hate to give up the performance but I guess a 100fpsp could be regained by valve stroke
perhaps then 18″ would be okay.

I have a 24″ in one and an 18″ in the other but I get my
kicks shooting longer distances….My 12″ barrels don’t get
much play time…
I have a 24″ .25 and a 12″ .22 and I find the 12″ is in my gun a whole lot more often (as in the .25 has been sitting around since I machined it).
I like the small size and it packs enough power (30fpe) to do what I need.
If I was long range shooting like you – then I’d be saying that my 12″ was sitting around collecting dust.
I like the 24″ barrel Randy, but it’s not for offhand shooting and the bipod really helps it shine.
In .22 I use the 18″ as well, still damn good power but not so long, although mine’s a SS I convert to Hi Flo from time to time.
