Condor Owners – 50yd. Accuracy, what are you getting?!?!
Interested in what your Condors can do accuracy wise at 50yds. And with what barrel, caliber, pellet/bullet and velocity?
Curious as to what reigns supreme, accuracy wise in those beasts you are shooting!!!
Gonna be interesting to see if its .22, .223, .25, 9mm, .45, .50, etc?

Probably no shooting until next week since work all this week. Maybe i can get a few chrono strings for ya on friday but i need to get my hpa tank refilled. I shot probably 30$ worth of pellets today 😳
I haven’t been able to get any kind of decent groups with the 28grain eun jins no matter what fills. Most are very difficult to push into the barrel and just don’t fit at all. 🙁
Is your Condor stock or modified? That’s great if you can get good performance off a 2200psi fill…Do you have any chrony strings recorded that you could share for the 25shots? Interested in the Extreme Spread…

I have been testing my condor all day today and it loves being filled at 2200psi. Slings 21grain kodiaks 1050fps down to about 900fps about 25 shots and ends up around 1400psi. Any higher a pressure fill the kodiaks go wild. The accuracy is dead on at 50 yards within half an inch if the wind cooperates.
I haven’t been able to get any kind of decent groups with the 28grain eun jins no matter what fills. Most are very difficult to push into the barrel and just don’t fit at all. 🙁

I have not tested my .25 Condors at 50yds yet but I may do it this weekend when I put new glass on 1 of them.. That is if the weather is nice and some of the snow has melted by then but I doubt it. I don't do well sighting in a gun in the cold outside when my hands are frozen so I 'll probably try doing some 35yd shooting from my window setup.

I’m getting MOBH. That’s minute of bird head… most of the time anyway. 🙂
My best group was 0.54″ at 50yds with my .22 Condor using 21gr Kodiaks. Worse was 0.70″ and average was just under 0.6″. I only shot about 4 groups but I know I could ‘ve done a lot better though. This was in my backyard with just a table and a pillow on top to rest my hand and rifle. I did not have the B-Square level on the gun then. I ‘m sure I was canting the gun a little here & there. Velocity was around 1,000fps. <0.5″ should be consistently attainable with a level on the gun and a good bench rest on a calm day. I always have at least a 5-10mph wind here on the best day.

I shoot the kodiaks at 970fps, any faster and the groups start to open up.
This is with a 23.8″ LW choked barrel I bought from Anthony.
The wind here seems to always be blowing, another good reason for the .25 caliber. Got both a flatter trajectory and better wind control. Its still only a 31gr projectile though, the wind will push it around some but Im not afraid to shoot 50yards in 10-15mph wind. If the range is 30 yards or less, I dont even bother to dope the wind just point and shoot.
Thanks RR, appreciate the clarifications! Basically I’m looking to build up another Air Force gun, leaning heavily towards the Condor platform to use for 50yd. benchrest first and hunting.
We have tons of wind at our range, enought that a 28fpe rifle can require 6inches of dope at 50yards to throw a curve ball into the black with a 16gr. Exact!
Thinking out loud now as to .22 or .25 but .22 seems to be what every says will group tightest at 50yds with no wind..

This benchrest competition is gonna be interesting at Diablo, especially since we almost never have zero wind at the MPR range!!!
Super Hornet(.25) will definitely be tested…but am itching for a Condor!!! 😀

I average about .75″ at 50 yards with my .25 barrel and Kodiaks. I can shoot a “tad” better than that with the .22 barrel, but the .25 still my favorite. One fine day I printed .375″ for 5 shots, but thats not the norm for me.
Every barrel I have shoots Kodiaks best, Pointed EunJins second.
On your .25, is that using a LW barrel or other barrel and what length? Also, how fast are you shooting those Kodiaks? Do you find much wind drift with the .25 vs. the .22?

On a windy day at the Diablo range My .25 Condor did the best 50 yard group. On a calm day my s410 .177 did pretty good.
Definitely 3/4″ at 50 y. with .25 Condor. Better results are possible.
