Condor’s outshooting me

50 yard grouping. Bear in mind my fat a** pumped my condor from 2600 to 2800 psi and walked the 50 yards to pin this target up. When I got back I had to wait a minute or so for the reticle to quit bouncing from left to right edge of the card. The rifle can definitely outperform me.

Try the laser you will be surprised. Until you do you wil not see how they flex.
I have the WOK also. I had a Maddog stock, that stopped it, but I prefer the looks of the WOK guard.
You flex the frame you see it on the laser dot as it moves off center in your scope.
RC
Maybe scope not level?
Once I sighted in I never had an issue with mine. I do have a WOK Gard 15 though.
WOK was the first to point this out that I have seen maybe someone earlier did to.
Could be hold differences from outing to outing or different postions and it is mostly frame flex a lot of times.
Mount a laser and if you can get out in failing light to see the laser at 40 to 50 yards, adjust the laser to your crosshairs at the range your at, might also be easier to move your scope reticle briefly for the test and move it back after, but anyway get them to the same point.
Now grip your rifle at various degrees of tightness and watch that laser dot move back and forth from right to left.
WOKs guard helps some, the AF tri rail does nothing whatever. whether ontthe handle or on the tube rail.
Even with all the above mine moves a inch and a half to the side at 40 yards depending on the hold pressure.
Maddog stocks completely stop it if you don’t mind the weight and style and it works with your angled tank adapters.
It is enlightening to the point of depression, but it can enlighten you on how to hold your rifle to avoid the flex.
You can also use the laser while doing your group shooting if you can see it, if your flexing the frame, you will see it.

Mine is accurate but sometimes (most) I have a 1 inch change in points of impact each time I bring it out. groups great but not always on the bullseye
Yeup. That has been happening to me for some time. I tried a number of times to get it fixed (scope mounts, temperature, loose bushings, frame flexing etc) but it still happens from time to time. Can’t figure it out. Most recently I tried lowering the fps from 1050 to 970 and that seems to help quite a bit. I am not ready to declare victory but it seems to be working.
It has happened to me, but I attributed it to the 11mm to picatinny adapter and then the tri-rail I had mounted on the scope rail. Then when I carried it on a top sling it put a side load on the scope. since I went to a 11mm high 1pc scope mount I haven’t had any problems.

do you guys see a point of impact shift from outing to outing?

Just when I think its not accurate I punch some paper with my springer.
I bet that puts things in perspective. Maybe I should dig out the gamo and see how it does.
Yep my condor out shoots me also.

All my kids are either grown or out of state. Thanks all for the compliments. Now I’ll have to try RC’s group tightening compound and see if it helps.
