Condor trigger malfunction
It will not always cock. I took the trigger apart, examined everything for unusual wear, free movement, lubrication, and found no problems. I even moved the sear spring closer to the end of the sear, added a second spring (the one from the removed safety), and sometines it still won’t cock. Any ideas would help. I’m out of things to try. And, where can I get un upgraded trigger system?

Try moving the spring under the striker release forward.
If that does not work take the barrel out (tank off) and push the barrel against the hammer spring with enough resistance to cock the gun. If it cocks then one of the barrel bushing has spliped or something is binding from the PW to the breech.
If that doesnt work the sear maybe chipped.

I removed the safety on my 177 years ago with no problems.
Yep, when you removed the safety, did you notice how it used to actually help latch the sear ❓
And then as you turn up the Power Wheel, things begin to change.
Ah, but not all is lost 😉
RiffRaff did a write up on it a couple years ago and offered the suggestion to deepen the latch space on the sear. It worked for me but I couldn’t locate it now.
Maybe some youngster will know where to find it.

If you have many shots through your gun you might need to make a slight adjustment to your delrin bolt.
Sometimes the bolt will wear over time and the recess in the bolt will trip the latch. This happened to me, so what I did was simply mill out the recess on the bolt a bit deeper so it would not trip the latch.
