Condor use in the Military
I read somewhere the Condor is being used by the U.S.Military? Anyone got stories or Photos? Just to support our Brave men and Women in the Armed Forces. I am an ex Airforce enlisted.

Al-Hilla Sniper Strikes Again
The REO (KW) – A sniper has attacked again in what has become one of the most heinous activities at the REO in Al-Hillah, Iraq. The mass killings of well over 200 pigeons have calls for a military tribunal and charges of genocide filed against a local person of interest. Commander Brian Wilson, (A.K.A. Beach Boy, Lee Boyd Malvo, and The Butcher of Babylon) has been described as a mild mannered person with a distinguished Naval career, was photographed with a weapon that he calls a “simple pellet gun”. But upon further examination, it was scientifically determined this “simple pellet gun” has the velocity and power to kill large animals. Rumor has it this weapon will even kill humans!
DNA and ballistics testing is currently being conducted on evidence seized from the carcasses of several of the poorly departed pigeons. The pigeons, also known as the FOB Bird of the REO, once traveled without a care in the world, dropping its……um, deposits on many unsuspecting grounds people as a gesture of good will and good luck.
Further reports from a senior Civil Affairs Soldier that remains anonymous since they do not official speak for Civil Affairs claims that pigeon meat is being served in the DFAC and that the Commander is simply a cog in the wheel of the great conspiracy to save money on beef products by the local contractors.
If someone would like to see the pigeons I’ll email you the article, with pics, so they can also be posted. They show me in Iraq, with my Condor. I’m just to lazy to load the pics.

I actually saw an article in a gun magazine stating that it was so. It had a nice picture of the gun on a dark back ground.
Not saying it is true. But I have seen the article.

And why a pellet gun where you have to have a HPA tank and a HP pump (which would die within one session in Iraq-sand) when you could just use a break barrel or a multi-pump type air rifle?

But it does make a cool marketing scheme though…
This story in my opinion is but an urban legend.
Think about it….. you want fellows whose lives are on teh line out there fumbling around with a single shot bb gun?
Good grief….. especially as the story was festering the Airforce guns could not reliably shoot from a full 3000psi.

i heard the same thing a while back. I think they used SS airforce guns to shoot out street lights. Should be a interesting and fun way to plink 🙂
