Condor valve parts and O rings. A two part question.
Question #1
I’ve had a used Condor for some time and it finally started leaking air around the brass insert. I took the brass insert out and inspected the delrin seat. I thought that may be where the leaking was coming from as it looked a little rough so I thought I’d replace it. The delrin seats I have (see picture)
will not fit on the top hat stem without forcing blunt trauma on the top hat. 😯
I don’t think I can just pop the bolt a couple of times and make the stem seat inside the delrin seat. And I don’t recall having to hammer the seat on my Talon when I replaced it.
Remember, I got the gun USED a couple of years ago. In the picture, are these the correct parts for a Condor?
The spring with the tighter coils are what came the used Condor. Is it the correct one? And the other spring is a Talon (?) correct (?)
So, if the seat in the picture is the correct seat, method to seat the seat without damaging the tophat/stem?
Just trying to figure out if I bought someone’s Frankenstein. It shot darn good for a Frankenstein if so.
Question #2
OK, I know that somewhere on TAG is a list of replacement O ring sizes. Trust me, I have looked and looked. I’m just not as search engine savvy as some of my colleagues here.
Hunting season is coming up and I want to replace every and all the O rings from breech to bottle and everything in between. 😎
Anybody got a link or a list?
Mucho gracias 😀

Everything looks right.
A new delrin seal is a tight fit 1st time it seats.
I dry fit a new seal (for lack of a better term) outside the valve the 1st time.
DO NOT go to far down with it wont come back off.
Take the 1/4” side of a socket head screwdriver and press the new seal down just a little and pull it back off the stem with your hand.
then set the valve stem into the V housing and drop the delrin seal thru the other side and use the 1/4” driver to feel it onto the stem.
The shallow dry fit will have got you started, then you will feel it when it goes on that 1st bit, then press it firm straight down.
careful not to get the delrin onto the brass insert. It will create its own bite/seal from the v spring and air pressure.
Hope that helps,
