Please, could someone post targets at 50y or 60y with rimfire????

thx.

It’s raining today but when it lets up, I’ll do my best to make a Liar out of myself. I’ll Take my CZ and the best shooting ammo I have and shoot and post a link to Photobucket, and you can see for your self.
My Oregon arms Chipmunk will shoot one hole groups like my 1022’s will with the ammo.
Heck I might just use the 1022 and the Oregon arms and the CZ and post all 3 targets, that would be the best. I’ll do it as soon as the weather breaks…. 😀

1022 can shoot fairly good.. just needs a good aftermarket barrel and trigger. my old law teacher had one tricked out, looked cool.

I agree,.
I’m not downing anyone’s guns, if a person wants one that shoots like a boomerang then fine with me. The 1022 has a hard trigger on it but I’m used to it. The CZ has a real crispy and IMHO the best trigger one can get out of the box. If I picked a Gun for the trigger it would be the CZ, too bad Ruger can’t do that on their 1022’s. Ive never had one Jammed Bullet of misfire with the ruger 1022, and I have never had a misfire or Jam on the CZ, Me shooting both guns, “”I don’t confess to being the expert marksman”
The 1022 will out shoot the CZ hands down, no contest in the two.
Not one group I saw from the CZ in the store targets sent with the CZ guns looks Impressing to me. Not 17, or 22, or 22 mag in any configuration, they all look about the same. And watching people shoot them on the range, they have never One time proved to me anything they sit in McDonald’s and brag about,.Not once! 😀 at one hundred yards I can consistently bust a clay Pigeon with my 1022 and my Marlin 22 magnum, that’s a Squirrel head shot at 100 Yards, but the longest shot around here we get at a Squirrel is about 20 or maybe the longest 40 yards, so in a nut shell I wouldnt’ trade my Air rifles for either Powder burned I have as far as Hunting is concerned. Around here we don’t kill squirrels for pest control, we eat the dad burned things,. They eat nuts and fruits here, and we eat them LOLOL.

Reading here in the past, although I own 2 Ruger 1022’s with varmint Barrels, I bought me a CZ 22 rifle.
Now If anyone want it and can come and pick it up for my money back I’d gladly let it go.
The CZ has a better trigger I must admit, But the Group you see Above is about right using any ammo Ive tried in the CZ, even the ammo my 1022’s shoot one hole groups with, at 25 yards.
The Airforce rifles even in 25 caliber will out shoot my CZ.
The CZ is over priced, Buy a 1022 and get a green Mountain Barrel and you got a gun that is a keeper.
Take it from me, I have had my 1022’s for a long time, and done the same prep I do on all my guns, accept I used a delicate type cleaning on my Pellet barrels.
All my guns shoot fine, but the CZ isn’t what it is cracked up to be, Not even in the Target they sent with it, and I looked at different targets from Different CZ guns in the same store, All was compatible with the other,.
I just thought they needed prepped, and they would do better “”WRONG””.
I hear of all these one hole groups at 100 yards , and I must admit I have spent lots of time on a range with the best around here,.
The only gun that “might” do that is a Remington Varmint 22-250 with custom hand loaded ammo, and that gun didn’t shoot perfect one hole groups, and no body here is gonna do it either. So lets at least keep it honest.
Me shooting and me testing the CZ is way over rated ‘I own one” 😀

Well my CZ 452 varmint will shoot better n that any day of the week and twice on sunday. So you got one that didn’t shoot, too bad. So you judge all CZ’s by the one you got. That’s allota bull shit I say.

I’ve never seen any 10-22 out shoot a bolt action and wouldn’t have one regardless how much money you put into it to make it shoot better. The CZ sure didn’t need a new barrel to make it shoot anyway, it shoots out the box.

BTW CZ has an outstanding warranty and had you taken advantage of it they bend over backwards to satisfy their customers, bet you didn’t even give them even a chance to resolve your issues? Did you?

Guess you should a put on one them green mountain barrels on your CZ to make you happy. 10-22 must a shot like crap new to replace the barrel?

Sam 🙄

CZ sends targets with their guns, every one of them was compatible as I looked at all of them.
LOL I didn’t try to stir up your tail feathers 😀 I just told the truth, every gun I have owned that shot as far off in a group as that CZ was sold, Mine is for sale, Come to Wv. and pick it up and since you like it so well, I throw the scope in for half price.
If I wanted to buy a $500 guns and then add a $180 barrel to it I’d be the stupidest guy on here, I’d rather buy the 1022 and a green Mountain Barrel, it out shoots every thing in it’s class so far including Anschutz,,, Uh yes I even sold an Anschutz,,,, I still have the 1022’s,,,Not that I’m a ruger fan I just like to bet my life that when I shoot I hit what I shoot at.
If you bought the CZ with the Varmint Barrel then fine, But $500 for a standard barrel and the Manufacturer showing it shooting a 1 1/2 in ch group at 50 Meters,, makes me look stupid for even buying the peace of Junk. I cant shoot a 1/2 inch group with it and if you have a CZ barrel you can’t either even with the varmint. Nuff said,, Like I said Lets be honest. 😀 I can shoot a 10 meter ragged hole group and pretend it’s a 100 Yard group but I’d be kidding myself so what would I prove? Nothing!! 😯 The Green Mountain Barrel is on my Marauder, and I have seen since they have been using other barrels they are not as accurate, So the Fly is in the Pudding LOLOL.
Enjoy your CZ, I’m not bashing you like you did me, I’m just doing something you refuse to do,,,, I;m being 100% Honest LOLOL. No body can do what your saying we have 2 ranges here and not one of those guns has ever done what you describe in front of me,, Maybe the gun gets nervous when my 1022 Ruger is around ,,,, you recon? 😀 Let me make this clear,, real clear…. I have a 22 Magnum….. Marlin……It has the standard barrel on it…. I bought it at Walmarts…….. It will outshoot the CZ or the Anshultz… in the 22 or 22 magnum caliber… I done did it….. 😀 So be american buy a an American built gun and quit waisting your money….. 😀 😀

Interesting.. good groups none the less…

how do you like your 452? i was thinking of getting one or a savage mark ii

I like my CZ452 Varmint. The stock trigger had some creep and is adjustable for pull weight. There are several trigger kits and mods to take away the creep and lessen the pull weight.

You can visit Rimfire Central, there’s good info on both and most other rimfire’s http://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/index.php

YES: I know the CCI sv it’s not the best ammo for that rimfire…. The KKM is the rimfire of a friend, not mine!.

Next time, I hope to shoot with RWS R50 ammo at the same distance…

Nice, but i agree , the rim fire would most likely shoot better with differant ammo. they are just like these air force rifles you know, picky and all. 🙂

Interesting.. good groups none the less…

Are you talking about a 50 year old target rifle? I’d like to see a picture of the .22lr, I like vintage rimfires and air rifles too.

Looks to me the rimfire needs a good cleaning and maybe it’s time to take it to the gunsmith for a tune up. Looks to me also the KKM doesn’t like CCI Standard velocity, Time to try some of the better, target rimfire Ammo-yeaH.

Did you shoot both groups? My CZ 452 Varmint will do better ‘n that @ 60 yards, and I’m not sayinG it’ll out shoot your air rifle.!

Sam 😛
