Condor with 18" barrel in .22 (What are real world spec

What should one expect from a stock Condor with a 18″ barrel in .22 cal. that is set up properly but not sent off to a professional tuner?

Looking for FPS and FPE with 21.8 Kodiac heavies or 28.6 Eu Jin’s or what is usually liked by most of these?

Also any information on real world accuracy at 35 & 50 yards.

Or would it be better to get an 18″ barrel in .25 cal?
