I am sure it is no surprise that I have picked up yet another rifle 😯 I tried to buy this from a friend of mine a few times but he refused to let it go.So after I picked up me 410e he decides to let me get it :cuss2:
So I called SS and ordered some new glass for it(Nikko Sterling 6×24/44) prepared a spot for the new arrival.
Well once I got everything together I called him and told him to ship it to me and he said “Hell No,You are going to have to come and pick this one up” 😕
I got up early sunday morning and made the trip (1hr 15min) thinking he’s going to start crying and tell me he cant sell it now 😥
But to my surprise he let me take it after a long speach about how to care for it.
I almost got a speeding ticket trying to get back to the house with it.
Once I got the scope mounted and topped it off with air it took about 8 shots (last two stacked) @ 40yds to get it zeroed :mosh:
Its a Daystate MK4 in .22 nice short carbine(38 OAL) that according to the tech sheet that came with it is doing about 31fpe

But I have been told it is a easy fix.The weird thing is that the gun stacks them @40yds
Even though it is still under warranty,I just cant see having to pay shipping both ways and be out of a gun for a few weeks.
I must agree with you. From what I read, any Daystate that stacks “bad transfer port leaks” @40 yards isn’t worth keeping. It’s criminal, and it’s certainly not easy to fix multiple such leaks, especially at 40 yards. You were badly taken advantage of. However, I’m willing to help a bit.
I can go $200 even, and will part if out to recoup my expenses. Don’t wait too long, this offer isn’t forever! Once the transfer ports begin to stack at 40 yards, it’s not long before the whole rifle goes.
I’ll pay shipping to expedite this.
