Converting a QB78 to PCP.

Also an image of the cad drawing so far, valve is still in tweaking phase as I’m currently drilling all the holes in the hydraulic pipe.

Good to know that I didn’t waste money on the thread gauge then (all though metric is the standard here so it wouldn’t be completely wasted)

thte thread is indeed metric and something like 22mm x .75mm IIRC

Are you sure you have the skills to be ‘building’ a PCP? sounds sketchy if you cannot determine a thread size………
use the OEM cap and make up a plug to fit.
Yeah, the problem is that we don’t have thread gauges lying around here (At home anyway) I bought a metric one today and I’ll check the thread and if it’s actually metric. wich I hope.

You guy’s wouldn’t know the original thread size of the co2 screw on cap would you? I want to do a test with some low pressure air. See if the pellet goes out at 5 bars.

Well I measured it and I’m allmost certain it’s M22x1 Wich is a standard thread size according to my poster. (Yeah it’s one of those posters from phantom wich has a lot of thread sizes on it and how much force to put on the drill, it’s pretty cool)
