Copper coated pellets
I was wondering if anyone has had a chance to give these a test drive?

They look kind of cool, I wonder to what effect, if any, do they have on our barrels. But if they do keep the barrels cleaner with minimum wear, I think their great..well ‘cept for the price 🙁

Careful what you put out there Synopsys, someone once said that lead fishing sinkers could pollute our waters and now it’s illegal to use lead sinkers in some waters.
Copper is harder than lead and it will wear a barrel more than lead overtime… Since we don’t use high heat to propel projectiles we really don’t need copper jackets to stop leading in the barrel…
Notice how it said, “do not shoot steel bb’s through this rifle” on the box, you could if you wanted, granted it would probably roll out of the barrel. But if you did it would destroy the rifling and the choke, killing the accuracy of the rifle over time…
I wouldn’t use copper anything unless they make it illegal to shoot lead pellets…
Marketing con in my humble opinion.
16 bucks for 250 seems pretty good. Over here ( UK ) we would probably pay twice that 😥

Copper is harder than lead, but softer than the steel barrels are made of. I would not be worried about shooting them in any airgun. I think they would be nice as to keep lead off of your fingers, but not twice the $ nice as normal pellets.
If they were the same price, or a little bit higher, I would use them, or at least see how they did, accuracy wise, in my toys.
