CORSAIR+ 7mm: Intro and 1st Range Session

Well, I’ve finally got the 7mm up and running and this is its first test session. It’s and intro (about the gun) and a short range session to 210 yards. I’m testing out my Ballistics program software in actual field conditions.

Initial grouping was very consistent for a BIG BORE (med bore really) and power was adequate compared to the 308 version. But don’t get it twisted, the 7mm can make more HP than the 308 did. I was really impressed with how quiet the gun actually is due to its 31″ barrel. But out in the desert, quiet is not necessary at all. And an unshrouded airgun can never make as much BOOM as a PB gun so………

Anyways, read the full story on my blog along with the video which is attached to the blog story or you can go right to YOUTUBE if your not the reading type of guy…….lol! BUT I SWEAR, THE BLOG IS CHOKED FULL O’ PICTURES…..LOL!

WOW, Tofazfou, some good shootin!! You won’t have to guess anymore like I still do. And as always Great Video!!

Thank Mike.

Glad you liked it. I will have MORE info for you soon when my new LBT mold comes in.

Thanks for watching and YES, the new shotgun mic works so much better than the OEM mic.

It was really windy as FUCK that day. The mic makes it seem mild

Both read, and watched the Vid Cedric. Very well done as usual! And that Boom mice with the fur really did it’s job. I remember one of your vids, I could not understand hardly a work. Mostly all wind noise. Works Great!

Looks like the .7mm is going to be a real winner! Can’t beat that BC. 😉
You may never pick up the Talon/Dor again. 😆
