Q:

Could it be??

Is it possible to get 1000 fpe out of what I am assuming either a 12 gram or 88 gram Co2 catridge?

“We have completed a prototype .50 cal PCP that works on an air cartridge system, allowing the user literally a pocket full of ready to go rounds in .50 cal.”

I dont know if I would want a pocketful of pressurized cartridges in my pocket.

I can imagine… *BOOM*

“What was tha… FUUUUUUCK MEEEEEEEEEEE”!!!

i wonder how big those cartridges are…they are on air. are we talking the size of a 50bmg…or more like a mulitple shot grenade launcher ….how many will fit in a pocket…will you need to go rambo and sling 3 ammo belts over your shoulders before you go shooting

but they would have to have quite a bit of air in them…or take really high pressures like 300 bar….

i wanna see it first though

My mind automatically went to 12gr powerlets when he mentioned “air cartridge” and “pocket full”. That’s what I get for assuming.

Think of an air cartridge as a small air reservoir with a bullet in place. Rather than the air tube being on the gun and you load a pellet, you load the air cartridge with the pellet encased in it.

This is what was being discussed. No mention of 12gram CO2 carts.

He says Air Cartridge, that excludes any kind of CO2 cylinder in my mind.

Sounds like it will be similar to how the brocock guns works.
