Q:

Could this be done?

I just had a crazy idea to convert a condor with RAP4 parts to semi auto or vice versa. Could it work? Your input is very welcome.

to Riverside: Thanks for the explination. If you ever come around to finishing you RAP4 METS, conversion it would be great if you post a DIY guide for it here.

About the multishot adapter, hasn’t it been in development for so long it’s be labeled a “legen” ? Looks like the NewMatics PM16 is gonna be on the civil market before the multishot adapter for the Condor ever gets on sale 🙂

I’ll let WOK work on the version RC
whoops
guess he cant as STENCH mags are evul in the PRC 😆

How about hanging a sten gun mag on it at a 45 degree angle or so?

Overcome the the breech assemby with rubber bands and and put a rapid fire crank on the trigger guard. 😆

personally I don’t see a multi shot breech based on the Air Force frame as feasible
that said if one merely goes with the Air Force valve it might be done
for example:
picture an electrically driven solenoid striker to dump the valve behind a rotary clockwork driven magazine as used in the Street Sweeper/Striker 12 shotguns
thing is it would require a whole new design of solenoid as it would need to slip over the rear of the barrel to power the striker, nothing off the shelf I know of would work but I have been thinking on this one for a year or more.
in function it would be a pure semi auto with the magazine/cylinder self advancing between shots

I have two for testing I got last week in 45 and 50 caliber.

Yup, its on the final stages, should be in the shops real soon. Nearly saw some youtube footage of field testing.

No worries, Airforce is working on a multishot adapter. It should be out any day now.

wouldn’t work
totally different operational principles
if you want a semi the easiest route is to obtain a RAP4 METS then make up a rifled liner in your choice of caliber and pick up a mess of the plastic conversion cartridges for BBs then convert to a regulated 1200psi paint ball tank with one of WOKs butts.
RAP does offer a kit to convert to BBs and another for 6mm airsoft, dont bother with them as the barrel is an unrifled piece of aluminum tubing
I used a Crosman .177 2260 rifle barrel as my liner that was cut down and machined for O rings which worked ok but still wasnt satisfied. Have a LW .177 barrel I will some day fit up to it once a get around to the job.
When I was toying with it I was running high 700s with domes and decent reliability on both full auto and semi running regulated HPA
