Countdown from 2000

I saw this on another forum and thought it was the silliest thing ever, but it seemed strangely fun as well (kind of like being drunk, I guess). Anyway, the idea is to just count down from 2000 to 1, one post at a time. The only rule, I suppose, is no double posting.
