Q:

Cricket .25 won’t fill past 210bar?

This just started. I always fill to 220-230bar. It’ll fill to about 210bar, and the probe begins leaking. I checked the orings and greased them good.. It was actually leaking at 190bar and so I greased and inspected, and now it’ll go to 210. My probe was always finicky and needed grease.. But it would always function fine. I have an SCBA tank that’s kind of hard to control the old valve on it so it wants to give pressure quickly which fights against the Cricket which only accepts air slowly. But the probe should be able to withstand 300bar without leaking..

I’d soap check it to see exactly where it’s leaking.
I use Blue Loctite on all thread fittings and let it dry overnight before pressured use.

Sure it isn’t the probe attached foster adapter than is leaking? Mine did that too at about 220 bar until I tightened it. There is a Delrin seal inside.
