Cricket Compact .177
Just in….This is a very limited Kalibr Cricket Compact .177.
Seeing how it looks with our new Aeon scope 3-18X50 with trajectory reticle…this is a killer combo. Hope you like…..I love that metallic red on the objective…Thanks, Tony

Do replace the bottom bleed screw with a tipped one. I think I can disassemble my Crickets now in less than five minutes to replace orings.
Shot these two groups off Lead Sled.
10 Grain JSB Exact…
Rifle will be at http://www.talontune.com soon
Thanks, Tony
Tsakula think you can duplicate the sub dime groups at 55 yards Tony posted above in a bit of swirling wind? :confusedn: :confusedn: :confusedn:
Tsakula what kind of groups are you getting at 55 yards? Anything close to Tony’s sub dime groups in swirling winds?
Difficult ? Cricket is a very easy gun to work on.

The buyer is from Europe I believe and the seller is from the states. If I were you, I’d take it apart and replace the o-rings rather than ship it across the pond and back. If it still has issues then discuss with the seller.
the little hole is oily, and making bubbles on it.
i sent tony message about this. i hope he will help me fixing the tank with ernest
it sucks when new gun i leaking
:confusedn: :confusedn:
Sometimes on new Crickets after shooting it down don’t leave it there, top fill it back to 220 bar.
Sometimes the large high pressure O-ring needs to seat in at higher pressure during it’s down/sleeping time.
Also the retaining brass lock nut on the small O-ring could have backed out or crappy factory O-ring ?
If you weren’t so darn faraway I’d let you use my shop for free …….
Where is Oh Tony …………. he must be to busy.

on the target… 10 shots at 45 yards. I did 10 shots rather than 5… and yeah, pulled a couple but still. None to shabby.
Very good. What is the distance of the shots?
I have a compact Cricket in .177… great gun. I have mine turned down to 16fpe with 8.44’s. I dont worry about shot count.
I have both the synthetic bulldog stock and a Rapid70 stock, but really liking the looks of the walnut skeleton or even the walnut bulldog. I need to post an ad to see if someone might trade out.

The funniest Bullpup PCP i´ve ever owned that Compact .177. Really compact, accurate and powerful Little gun.Mine stacked the 10gr JSB Heavies. Too bad they don´t make the .22 Compact anymore. A really weird decision from KalibrGun´s part if you ask me .. :angrymob:
Some swirling winds here in Florida…

They do not make walnut anymore according to Sir Ville. They are made out of beech
I have a Cricket Compact 177 cal, the shot count at 20 fpe is about 70 shots, 11.4 fpe about 150+ shots !
The Compact 177 is a very versatile gun IMO, I need to be able to dial down for indoor pesting to minimize pass-through damages.
I pick up some hammer springs from Amazon in lengths of 1.75″, 2″ and 2.25″ long, for cheap !
I used the 2″ long one in my 177 Cricket Compact and got the results below.
My reg set to 140 bar, valve spring retainer set to 1 turn after contact.
With JSB 8.44g.
With the Imppu HST at 0 turn it’s doing 650 fps (7.92 foot-pounds)
At 2 turns it’s doing 780 fps (11.4 foot-pounds)
At 5 turns it’s doing 950 fps (16.92 foot-pounds)
With JSB 10.34g.
With the Imppu HST at 0 turns it’s doing 605 fps (8.41 foot-pounds)
At 2 turns it’s doing 725 fps (12.07 foot-pounds)
At 5 turns it’s doing 890 fps (18.19 foot-pounds)
At 7 turn it’s doing 930 fps (19.86 foot-pounds)
It’s pretty cool I think that I got all this variability with just one spring, from about 8-20 fpe !!!
I think if I removed one more coil I could get it down to 6 fpe ?
It can cut cards @ 50 yards ……….
