Anyone know if the Cricket stock will fit on a Hatsan? Really want to bullpup my PCP.

Wow it sounds like you have had some bad experiences with Hatsans. I myself have had no issues. The QE model is very quiet to my ear and produces about 70db when I use my cell phone app to measure the output. In my little shooting range in my yard I found a pellet that the gun likes and will put all 10 shots from the rotary mag through the same hole. Which is fine since I use it to kill nutria at a distance of 25-30 yards. If I start to develop any problems I will be glad to report on what goes on but for now it has functioned flawlessly and to my expectations of a entry level PCP.
FYI – Hatsan had sold enough when they sold their first ever “firearm”.

Them good old days, I remember the old saying “A russian is still a russian even if you fry him in butter”. The fact is that there’s only five trees now, we cut down the one that was growing in our backyard.
I can’t believe how you guys dislike hatsans. Another old saying is that 100 billion flys can’t be wrong, s**t tastes good. Perhaps hatsan hasn’t sold enough yet?
Yep. Translation is a bitch. To keep them Ruskies out of our pristne country we blew all the trees away.

I didn’t of course, nor do I recommend any forum member follow this advice! Those Finlanders are an ancient and hard people. To survive, I’m certain they had to eat whatever was available in their baron land. There’s only six trees in their entire country! When the Russians invaded their country back in the ’40’s, they got 50 kilometers inside the Fin borders, took a hard look around, said to themselves “Fuck this nonsense!” and went back home. Finland was the only country in Russian history to be asked to leave the Soviet Union!.
One must accept their advice with some degree of caution!!! Vile’s comment to me, however, was not an unfriendly comment, but rather a dietary warning!!! Strange customs from a strange land, and it’s even stranger residents. Such information always loses something in the translation.

guys ,,, i also had a very bad experiance with Turkish air rifles ,,, i have had one Turkish spring power and latest for only one month :rofl: :rofl: ,,, and after that i became to understand to spend more money and stay long time with your toys,,, that is why i spend almost $2,100 for my Marauder and almost $2,700 for my Edgun ,,, my hawke $630 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, while all Iraq shops are full of Hatsan air rifles including PCPs ,,, and Hand pumps,,, but i waited more than 2 months till i got my Hill pump when my Benjamin hand pump stop pumping ,,,, almost all models are available here,,, but don’t like even one of them,,, their loudness just like an AK47
I seldom agree with Uncle but this is one of those historic moments. Hatsan – that Turkish marvel of engineering – is the biggest POS of a gun ever made. Both their airguns & shotguns .
I feel sorry for anybody who actually paid money ( or did sexual favors) for one.

My dear fellow forum member……any air gun that only lasts for several hundred shots, without problems, is a piece of shit. Now…PLEASE don’t take my remark as an insult, even though it is. All the forum members here will swear, I’d rather take a beating than say, or do, anything that might offend anyone, or demean them in any way!!! 🙄 That being resolved, I’d like you to think of my assessment of Hatsan as a piece of shit, as a fact, rather than a bald-faced, ill-mannered, crudely worded insult to Hatsan owners. It’s all in how you perceive a remark excreted with the kindest of intentions!
A quality air gun will last several thousands of shots, and I’m talking tens of thousands of shots. Minor adjustments…yes, regular cleaning and lubing…yes, routine replacement of O rings as they wear…yes! Those are not “problems”. This is maintenance that permits the quality pcp to go those tens of thousands of shots without problems.
A Hatsan does excel in one area…and that is the production of noise. Few pcp’s of similar caliber is their equal.

Come on guys, Hatsans are extremely accurate and reliable guns. I’ve read several reviews were 1″ groups at 50 yards were achieved and the gun lasted several hundred shots without problems. Those guys who are re-crowning their barrels and fixing incorrect tolerances or malfunctioning guns are just badmouthing the brand. Get one and you’ll throw your grasshopper in the lake.
RKR no offense buddy but i expect 1″ groups from a gamo at 50Y. and 1/2″ or better from a hatsan. my at44 i had would group sub 1/2″ at 50 but i had to sell it

That’s good to hear. I quess Hatsans are very individual – you either get a good one or a total Lemon. It’s like with most Chinese optics.
