A 1-1/16th socket from AutoZone does the trick in the US.

A 27mm socket wrench turned down in a lathe to just under 31mm to fit inside fill port/gauge cover.

have someone who has a machine shop turn down the OD of socket to where it’ll fit between end of stock and out side edge of air gauge…

Take a 27mm deep well socket and have it turned down to fit between stock and gauge….. :smilen:
