Thanks Synopsys,
That’s one GOOD thing when getting old, always learning!
Yes have accent, “Shear”
when I’m in the internals video I’ll explain what I know, to make shot to shot consistency by tuning the barrel by lead lapping the barrel to 8,000, 14,000 and 50,000 diamonds past, polishing the regulator disks and rotor, polishing the hammer piston, spring polishing, breech bore polishing for the hammer piston and spring, crowning the breech end of barrel, polishing the smooth bore, porting the valve, polishing the crown, enlarging and polishing the air port hole on the barrel. all the polishing on the sliding surface has made my max spread less then 8fps before I started it was 16fps, average shot to shot spread is 2fps prior was 6fps. proper polishing is just enough to polish the high spots, without removing excesses material.
On the R3 I will design an adjustable needle screw so I can adjust a long 1st stage travel and have a back stop for the rocker, I think the Edgun trigger adjustments has been a over topic and full of knowledgeable information in place. Maybe a video of my trigger adjustment on the Lelya 2 adjustment screw like the R3 and may give someone a little idea or not, or I will learn more?
