Crosman 1322
Finally finished my 1322.
Lighter valve spring, 10″ .22 barrel, Crosman Steel Breech, everything else is stock (I need to make another flat top adjustable piston, decided to put the one I had in my 2289).
I get 6 fpe with 10 pumps and 8 fpe with 20 pumps, No where near what other people get, I still need to do some other mods to the valve, but the adjustable piston is next just to see how much that helps on a nearly stock gun.
Used a 760 pump grip because its easier to pump than the skinny stock ones and just duracoated it in black, along with the rest of the gun.

That’s great, YN. Really good looking and solid numbers too, but I’m especially looking forward to seeing what you can do with the 1322 when you get a new piston made up.
I’m thinking of getting a 2240/50 and having it turned into a pcp, but don’t have a clue on the cost and am thinking that for the $ involved it might be easier to just get something off the shelf.
I didn’t paint the scope, thats factory black finish. Only the grips, trigger/grip frame, tube, breech and barrel were painted.
Was very sunny outside and I used the flash because the sun was behind the gun…. Might be why it looks Grey.
The pic of the 1322, that is in black? It really looks grey in the pic. Maybe its just the lighting? Did you paint the scope as well or is that the stock black? If so then it must be just the pic as that looks grey as well.
When I was a kid my dad bought me a Crosman 761XL Powermaster. I loved that gun. Wooden stock and foregrip, “gold” plated receiver.
He still has it at his house. I believe that that is the most accurate airgun I have ever shot. I couldn’t miss anything. Not real powerful, but just deadly accurate.
Even took out some crows at a good distance.

Thats a 2289 Barrel band….
Here is my 2289, made from another 1377. This has the 760 Barrel band on it (I dont know why I didn’t use the 2289 band on the 2289… just what I grabbed when putting it together).
Has lighter valve spring, 14″ 2250 barrel, Steel Crosman Breech and the adjustable flat top piston.
11 fpe with 20 pumps….no valve mods other than replaced spring, quite happy with 11 fpe so just going to do some mods that will give me more power for less pumps so maybe I can get to 12 fpe without pumping so much.
Haven’t painted this one (yet), I’m down to four guns, three were in pieces (2 still are). Would have been gunless if I’d have painted this at the same time and then I’d have nothing to whack the crows with.
I also put a trigger spring guide in this, doubles as overtravel which makes the trigger much nicer. Just need to get around to making them for my other 2 crosmans.
All it needs is for Rob to give me one of those stocks he has….
