Thanks bogman! It has been a while, I hadn’t touched my airguns for a while until recently.

It is a shooter, very accurate, it packs enough punch for small pests (chipmunks) at close range thanks to the BOSS valve but is very quiet thanks to the TKO LDC, without which it is not backyard friendly at all. I have it adjusted to give me about 10-15 consistent shots with enough power shooting H&N Barracuda Green 12.3g lead free pellets to get the job done. All you hear is the hammer spring, the pellet impact is several times louder. I haven’t chronied it yet but it’s easily 600+ fps with the modded BOSS valve and 10.1″ barrel. I haven’t benchrest tested it for groups, but rested and offhand I can hit dime sized targets easily at 10-15 yards if I do my part.

I also have a PowerMax HiPAC HPA conversion kit for it but haven’t installed it.

While it looks like something out of an espionage thriller, it was designed for more practical purposes ;).

Wow! Good to hear from you ballistic; been awhile.

So how does this gun shoot (e.g. groups)? Looks a lot like gun you’d see in some espionage thriller!
