Cylinder de-gassing tool?
My Vulcan came with a black metal tool that has knurling on one side, and is threaded on the other. My understanding is that it is used to de-pressurize the gun’s cylinder. However, the AGT manual makes no mention of how this is done?
Can anyone enlighten me?

To let the pressure down on the air tube, screw the hammer spring adjuster, remove the hammer spring and hammer, then screw the degassing tool until it depresses the air valve. Make note of where the hammer spring adjuster is before removing it so you can replace it to the same place. The hammer spring adjuster is the plug where the red cocking indicator protrudes when the gun is cocked. When it is not cocked, that hole is hex shaped. That’s what you use to remove/adjust it…. A hex key (Allen Wrench).
