Daystate Airwolf MCT
Well, I have been trying to find a ” low mileage” Airwolf for a while and finally lucked out today. turns out the seller only lived 100 miles away and the gun is only 3 months old and looks/ functions as new- plus the price was $350 less than a new one. you can’t beat luck!. got it home tonite and mounted it’s scope. fired a few rounds just for the hell of it. the trigger is nothing short of amazing!. the owner had it set REALLY light- i’m guessing 6-8 ounces. there basically is no lock time. you just think about trigger squeeze and the pellet is on its way. set on high power with 18 gr. JSB’s, it supposedly gets about 40 ft.lbs and 60-70 shot before pressure drops enough to affect POI at all. there is no velocity curve- the electronic regulator takes care of air release to maintain consistency. i am really pissed that it is supposed to rain for the next 2 days so i can’t get it sighted in. oh well, there is always next weekend. the pigeons and ground squirrels around the ranch are in deep shit.
