I don’t get it. That’s not funny! Hell, it’s not even interesting!

I realize it was a hair-raising experience to cap off an evening, but nothing to flip your lid over!

Or…did one of the hospital staff approach you and say..“Well, Tuna-breath, she will be ok, no thanks to you!”

Were you ashamed the purse sized hair spray can had four inches on you??? Was that it?

Did she really say “Dinner tonight?”, or did she say “Well hello…Pickle Dick, how about that meal you promised me!

Huh? Huh?

I really like the new Kalibrgun “Blackbird”, as I have always preferred the “black guns” from my Talon days. The more durable stock finish is warm to the touch and offers a more tactile “feel” to the grip. Every wood stock I owned seemed to get dropped, dinged, scratched, or rubbed in some way that the wood finish was marred. They are tough to bring back to a factory finish. The glossy stocks are even worse.

I’m rough on gun finishes because there’s no place in the woods around here where you can easily walk without hitting thorns, brush, scrub trees, or stepping on a discarded Depends. Life is hard in the mountains.

So you prefer black ? I wanted to know how that was so while i was working in Canary Islands (Tenerife early 90´s) i met this corgeous black French girl. After a dinner at a nice Restaurant we went to her Hotel since she “had to change her blouse” before we were supposed to go dancing or something like that. Well , we ended up in her bed (and on the Kitchen table, soffa, bath tub etc) and after a good while i was pumped dry (literally) but she wanted more. Beside her bed was this make-up table and on that table there was a pocket sized Hair Spray bottle , which i took and stopped into her. The damn cap got loose inside her and although i tried ,over half an hour, to get the cap out i couldn´t. So finally i called a Cab and since she couldn´t walk (due the pain) i had to carry her into the Cab and we drove to a Hospital. While the Doctors (yes, for some reason there were two of them getting the damned plastic cap outta her) were doing theirs i was waiting outside and people (nurses and such) went in and out of the room and every time they passed me they had that accusing expression on their faces.
Finally they managed to get the cap out and we took a Taxi back at her Hotel. I , of course being a Gentleman, helped her in the Bed and left for the nearest Night Club – and got properly pissed.

Two days later i saw her in one of them Beach Bar´s and she asked ” Dinner tonight” ?? . I , for some reason declined … I´m a pussy.

I prefer black guns as well. My first was a Daystate Mk4 Target and now I have an Air Wolf Tactical. Daystate’s tactical finish is silky yet grippy. Much nicer than the FX synthetic finish in my humble opinion.

I am kind of with Hoot, at least in as much as another person can be. 😉

When I think of a bullpup, I think of something slim and petite I can tuck in nice and close. Ed came up with the right name for the Leyla. That has been the only bullpup I have seen that turns my head.

Way too expensive, I don’t care what the gun looks like it’s just way too expensive. This gun could look like mom’s apple pie and there is still no way I would spend 3K on the gun. I could buy 2 Edguns for that, and there is no way this gun is anymore accurate than an Edgun. There are two types of people who will buy these guns, noobs who blindly walk into AOA, and Daystate fanboys.

I agree with “OldTesticles”…it looks like the FX Beluga revisited.

It’s just “Bulky”. Too much stock, too much hanging off of it. Granted, some guys always liked fat women, and more power to them…even fat girls need love, but I always wanted to pick them up and drop them off at a rendering plant.

Kind regards,

PS: OldTesticles…welcome, share your wisdom with us. Ignorance of youth abounds on this forum.

8.2 pounds. To heavy. I think a BP should be 6 or under. These companies are making nice compact guns, that are nearly as heavy as the old battle horse M1 Garand. Most of them are just putting an existing rifle in a different stock, not much imagination there.

My Daystate Air Ranger has killed plenty of squirrels. lol

Futuristic looking , but in a 1980’s way, like something from Star Wars. But lets see how it shoots. Would look better in total camo. I wish you could get guns in total camo from the factory.

Ed would jump off the Volga river bridge before he would send you my Leyla!
