Did the baffle and venting!
I did the washer spring baffle and frame venting and I must say it improved but still I am not satisfied. I’m thinking Tony! Will the shroud still work with the frame venting done to the TSS?

I would probably just replace the vented bushing with a stock one that will work. Do they sell replacement bushings?
In answer to your question, yes it will still work. I have 3 TSS rifles in various stages of modificications. I have one Tony 6″ shroud and have tried it on all 3 guns with the following results.
Gun #1 has an 18″ .22 barrel. The bushings are not vented and the frame is not vented and the shroud stays on this gun. It is the quietest of all 3.
Gun #2 has a 12″ .22 barrel with bushings only vented. With the shroud on this gun, it is quiet, but not as much as the 18″ barrel gun.
Gun #3 has a 12″ .22 barrel with bushings AND frame vented. With the shroud on this gun, it is markedly louder and I associate that with the excess air being propelled out the bushings and frame.

Yeah, you can go to the AF website. I ordered a set of aluminum bushings about a year or so ago to replace some delrin bushings. I don’t think they are listed on their website but the girl who answers the phone can hook you up with them. Seems like they were 10 or 12 bucks for the pair….
