DIY shroud for a standard Talon

i was asked to post pix of how id did my shroud for my standard AF Talon.

here they are:

machining bushings and muzzle cap from raw billet

completed barrel/shroud/frame bushing

i simply replaced the standard barrel/frame plastic bushing with the one pictured above after careful fitting, used the standard, factory ‘grub’ screw to secure it into the frame, and drilled and tapped ‘grub screws into the bushings after careful fitting of the tubing.

Looks good, It might be quieter if the air could travel into the frame of the rifle too. Vent it or make the hole larger around the barrel.
