Does the cricket .25 jump
Does the cricket .25 jump when you shoot it like Matador .25. I have a madadore .25 it jumps when you shoot it making it harder to shoot then the .22

I reread the whole thing,, I was talking kick, and you guys ask about JUMP,, I had both my guns out on the kitchen table today for a few hours,,,
I can say in all honesty that my guns do not jump, I watched them both for a long time,,, No movement at all… :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

The Marauder .22 may jump much worse but it’s a … Marauder.
Compare same models in different cal’s and you’ll find my statement above to be the truth of the day.
I Love my Cricket pullpup in 25. 5 dead rats with 6 shots at 50 yards. I had a marauder in 22 it was a jumpy little thing. And I sold it after a year. But I never was near that accurate with the marauder as I am with the Cricket. It’s annoying know as I don’t have any more rats to kill. it’s boring accurate.

A .25 will “jump” more than a .22 – which in turn will jump more than a .177. A .177 will jump more than a Pea Gun , and so on. Laws of physics , my Friend. Laws of physics ..
I have a Earnest tuned Cricket 25 and 22 shooting around 940 fps, The 25 has a little more oomph to it, Not sure I would call it a kick,, I shoot 90% off a Mono pod for practice if I ever make it into the field, I shoot 9% off a Tripod , 1% off a bench rest, Been over year since I have seen on a bench,
But back to the kick, More oomph in the 25 I am not going to call it a kick,,, :2cents:

Have Atlas bipod on gun have to put hand on front of gun and put a little down pressure on it for it to shoot right
When I shoot the 22 cricket and the 25 Vulcan with scope camera it’s clear that the 25 has more movement when firing. It’s definitely harder to shoot than 22. That’s why a bipod is nice to tame front end a bit

The matador is a standard and Ernest tuned my gun but the 25 in the standard still has a jump to it
Never owned a .25 Cricket however the one I shot was Ernest’s and it may have been tuned down because that’s what he does don’t remember any jump in it and POI was pretty much a cricket accurate .25 Eddy jumps a lil but is very accurate like the Cricket
Mine does not jump at all at 910fps with Kings. The extra length and weight comes in handy for shooting tight groups. Do ypu have the standard or long matador?
Thanks for the reply I was just wondering my Matador the POI I will change because of the jump or recoil of a gun when you pull the trigger if you do not hold it right.
no idea regarding the bullpup, but my 25 carbine does not
