Don’t like the factory muzzle cap
My TSS muzzle cap gets jammed, any one else have this problem? I sanded it down some and hopefully that’s the end of it, but I don’t know how it got out of round in the 1st place.

Make sure you tighten the setscrew into the pocket of the muzzle cap. I slightly missed mine and it dicked up the edge of the pocket pretty good. That made it a bitch to get out of the end of the housing until I filed the burrs off. I don’t think you could deform it much out-of-round since you’re tightening it into a round tube.
Another thing – when you loosen the setscrew, take it all the way out so you aren’t fighting it. If it’s tightened into the pocket right it will need to back up several threads.
