E-TaC Tank Reg…. lots o shots….
Had talked with Jim (Marmot Militia) about an E-TaC tank reg for use with an 18 inch barreled .177 dropped at a lower velocity to give lots of shots.
Ended up with the 1200psi output. PW to 0 and tophat in as much as it will go.
I’m getting excellent consistency and accuracy shooting JSB 8.44’s at 950fps. How many shots? I dont know. I shot an entire weekend and still had over 2000psi. I guess I’ll keep shooting this weekend and see what I get.
LOP is a little longer, but if you can scratch your balls without having to bend over, you should be ok with the LOP. I’m just a RCH under 6ft and I have no problems with it. Had a friend shooting who is around 5’8 and while it wasnt ideal, it wasnt uncomfortable, either.
Fitted with tank wrapped by me… E-TaC by Jim, WOKBUTT strap on, Pulaskius stock (anyone heard from him??), and TimW receiver extension.
The previous owner cut the frame handle, that wasnt me…. bah.

oh damn! That would be 200 16fpe shots! I think I heard that’s one of the reasons the UK’rs love the AF rifles. That could easily be 250 FAC shots!
I’ve done roughly 100 shots so far and tank is still just a RCH over 2k psi. I started with a full tin of 250 pellets and I’m down to just a small handful now.
I’m thinking when all is said and done with, I should be around the 200 mark…. which is awesome.
