here is his reply:

Hello,
We are the official EdGun distributors in the US.
Right now we are sold out, the next shipment will be in mid-May.
The price is $1499 shipped via UPS ground from Florida.
Here is the short description:
Edgun is a single shot .22 PCP gun.
With recommended JSB exact heavy ammo it outputs 935 fps (adjustable).
Filling pressure is 3000 psi (there is a gage on the tank).
The gun has black anodised finish, comes with a Weaver scope mount. It uses a
Lothar Walther riffled barrel with choke.
Sizes are as follows: length 29.3″, height 7.5″, width 2″, barrel length 18.5″.
Weight is 6 pounds, tank size is
17.6 cu in, good for 50 shots with regulator. Working pressure is 1600-3000 psi.
Stock is dark grey painted wood.
Gun comes with the soft padded carrying case, manual, factory acceptance paper
target, assembly instructions DVD, certificate (in Russian), filling probe FX
type 1/8″ male and a set of spare rubber O-rings.
The gun has an integrated compensator-silencer (it’s not like you can’t hear the
sound at all but it’s very very efficient).
It’s a perfect tool for hunting. I had no problem hunting crows up to 115-120
yards. Based on the power and
without the wind (or using sufficient amount on Mil Dots compensation) we are
talking up to 150 yards.
The gun itself is very straight forward, I had 4 or 5 of those guns.
Regards,
Tony

Hey, Americans will be standing in the bread line just like their Red friends any time soon.

Russian MiGs have gotten their asses kicked any time they’ve gone up against a US Fighter Jet. EVERY single time. I can’t imagine their airguns are of any better quality. They probably shoot at Vodka bottles to test them out. I’d even bet you could take a MiG out with an EdGun. $1500.00?….. you’ve got to be fucking kidding me.

Air arms should be all over making their 410 sidelever into a Bull pup with a big shroud on it.

It would sweep through the PCP world quickly.

I second that….it would be a big hit.

I have been wondering why non of the manufacturers have not jumped on it yet.

There’s no way I’m paying $1500 for an airgun… let alone a single shot

I should have said that a few times 😆

There’s no way I’m paying $1500 for an airgun… let alone a single shot from russia that appears to still be in prototype stage from the pictures of the “finished” item – and I love BullPups.

There are guys that will though, and they can have at it. The more of them buy it the more likely either the price will go down or another company will notice the demand and will make a cheaper one. Either is good for me.

(But if someone put a gun to my head and gave me the choice between a $500 crosman or a $1500 edgun… I’d get the edgun 😈 )

I see how it is now. A man can’t better a cheap gun but he can spend 3 times as much on something he know’s nothin’ about? 🙄

toward an S410 carbine. Where is the $500 advantage there?

About 5 1/2″.. which might not sound like much… but it does count, just ask WOK 😀

And dont be hating cos ZHH said what everyone else was thinking 😛

They’re cool as hell. But I don’t know about the $1500 tag.

…well, you did tie up $500 into a Crosman pistol 🙄 .

Yeah, regardless you’d be suprised at how much fun it is.

I also tied up $1000 or so in my AirForce setup. To a fellow like me 500 bucks in difference is still huge and warrants more change than a really short fuckin’ gun. Working toward an S410 carbine. Where is the $500 advantage there?

The S400-410s are a prime candidate for conversion.

Build a stock, trigger extension and tank/barrel clamps/rail and you have a bullpup. I know it wouldnt be that easy, but it doesnt look impossible either.

Ahh Bull-pups suck, where you suppose to put your cheek, I think they are nice for size, but mostly eye candy.

Airforce should have been all over a bullpup design a long time ago… 🙄

Crosman dont seem to be standing still so maybe they will come up with one… for $499.

quote Saugus18:

I noticed they advertise ‘up to’ 1050 fps in .22 for the long version, so I checked the MV on the standard, and carbine version, which obviously has much shorter barrels… and they claim 1050 fps for all of them? Different valves or what?

Nah, probably just too lazy to get actual numbers.
