Q:

Edgun .30 Long

Got it Thursday, and a bad case of the too’s (too many hobbies, too many honey-do’s, too much bad weather) have limited my time with it. So far, put 50-70 pellets through the rifle and is punching a ragged hole at 10yd make shift indoor area. I may have a minor clipping issue (posted in that thread), but all in all, pretty pleased. I’ll rely on the more adventurous and mechanically savvy folks to help educate me and the board on their tips and tweaks as they find them.

Love the stock, the trigger feels great (need to get my trigger gauge and measure it) and it seems quieter than I would expect for a .30. I also find it a little funny that the breech lists that its a .177, so it’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing. 😀

this makes a 22 and 30 Edgun for me, and loving them both.

happy holidays.

Congratulation Lars, I’m very pleased with my .30 also. I have been punching paper at 25 yards with no issues so far. but if I did these guys on the forum will help you sort it out. As you may have been reading there are some very constructive guys tweaking it now and coming up with solutions. I need to stretch my .30 out to 40 – 60 yards to get a better idea on it’s performance. Enjoy your 30.

Congrats buddy!
