Edgun hst too soft gets chewed up if u tighten with tools

Can or has someone make a hst adjuster out of harder metal maybe with a nut so it can be tightened with a wrench ??
The original one aluminum is soft worry about it eventually wearing thin any one know who can make new hst coller

Thanks, Greg.I just got mine. It’s about 3.3″ and shoot at 940 fps. If I screw in one more turn, it shoots 980 fps.

Can you remember how many threads your spring tension screw in? I tried to put the o-ring in, I found mine only have two threads screwed in.

I never counted the number of turns, but it measures 3.421″ from the top of the adjuster to the back of the frame.
The lock nut ends right on the tread ending on the adjuster.

Being that the gun is so new I’m not sure where my reg is set at, maybe 130 bar maxs at 940 fps the farthest I’ve checked so far ?
Here is what my R3M 22 cal std looks like tuned to send JSB 18g @ 920 fps.

I have never required a tool to adjust the collar. As long a the bolt is not cocked and the spring is not under compression the collar on my Edgun adjust easily.
The o-ring behind the collar works a charm at maintaining the HST setting. Just another reason to be a member on this Forum!! Thanks ALL!!!!
