Q:

Edgun Matador .30 long 2015

Hi,
I am new member on this forum, so hi everyone :smilen: . Here are few photos of my airguns. Edgun is the latest version of the .30. I got it yesterday 😛 and Spa p12 with huma regulator is slightly older.

I’m seriously watching the American Air Arms boys too. The guy is a lefty and his prototype bull pups had a lefty side lever… that’s what got my attention first. Plus I liked the looks of the guns. His site says the regulated sports models will be available later this year… Until it becomes legal to take game animals in Texas, I don’t really have a need for a big bore (though that doesn’t mean I won’t get one because I do think I “want” one.) I keep their site bookmarked and check it for updates regularly. Probably gonna just get a Vulcan .25 and be done with it though…

The sport carbine rifle is very cool looking! 40-60fpe for 80 shots in .25- not bad! If the actual rifle has the same kind of finish as this graphic, it’ll be a really cool rifle. I also like the biathlon style lever.

It looks like a very clean and robust gun. I also like the air gage.. As long as it has numbered readings. It’s hard to tell from the picture. The hardest choice for me would be deciding between .22-.25- and .30!

That’s even better! :8:

He’s making pellet guns too. 22 25 and 30. They will be regulated as well.

Hey R let’s take a road trip up to Acton in November. I talked to them and they should have some ready by then. I would love to see this gun in person.

That sounds great! I’m not a big bore shooter but I wouldn’t mind trying one of those puppies!

I have been watching the Americanairarms topics on the GTA forum. I am thinking that I just might have to buy one in 357. MOA accuracy at 200 yards and 191 fpe at 200 yards with a 127 grain bullet.

if you really want a 45 i would look at http://americanairarms.com/

It looks pretty cool and it’s american made! The only thing is I haven’t seen any videos showing real life groups, just guys blowing shit out! It would be nice to see a real review, looks promising tho!

Thanks. They are on the list. I have about 4+ months before the season opens but it is getting popular in the counties here near the larger cities. In the overpopulated parks they are allowing the airguns where they used to only allow archery/crossbow.

Faking casting? :biggrinn:

Any idea when the new 30s might hit the US market? I might divest of my last Edgun std 30 if the price is right given the delays here. I think it is time to move up to a .45 for deer in my state. 😉
